SKF Annual Dinner 2005

KSK has committed two tables to support the Federation's activities. Key Committee Members of KSK and other supportive members patronised the event.
Lee Chia Jun was one of the limelights of the night. He recieved $500/- cash voucher from SKF key sponser Liang Seng Sport Equipment Supply Pte Ltd, then he also received another $500/- cash voucher from SKF. He was awarded the SKF Best Sportman Award 2005 by Singapore Karatedo Federation, witness by Senior Officers from Singapore Sports Council.
Our member, Micky Tey also won a lucky draw prize during the lucky draw. Members enjoyed the night and cruised into the end of year 2005.

KSK Members Nominated For 23rd SEA GAMES 2005
Cebu, Philippines
We are proud to announce that the Singapore Karatedo Federation has nominated two of our members for the 23rd SEA GAMES 2005, at Cebu Philippines.
Lee Chia Jun, who will be representing Singapore in Singapore Karatedo Team for the Meet. He will be participating in the -75kg individual kumite event and may be in the Open event for Kumite.
Shihan Chia Kwek Fah is nominated as the National Karatedo Team Manager, he will lead the Karatedo Team to Cebu from 24th November to 3rd December 2005. Shihan Chia is third time taking up the post as the Team Manager for SEA GAMES. He was the Team Manager for SEA GAMES in year 1998 and 2001.

This year's Pesta Sukan Karatedo Championships was held in Toa Payoh Sports Hall, on Sunday 31 July 05, from 9am - 6pm.
KSK has sent in four persons to participate namely Lee Chia Jun, Terence Ow, Olivia Yeo and Natalie Tan. The results of the Pesta Sukan 2005 Karatedo Championships:

117th IOC Meeting

Shihan Chia, as the Hon Secretary of Singapore Karatedo Federation, has met up with the World Karate Federation President Antonio Espinos Ortueta at the IOC Meeting held at Raffles City on 2 July 2005.
Both parties exchanged views on the development of Karatedo in the world as well as in Singapore.

This year's IVP Tournament was organised by NTU, held in NTU Sports & Recreation Centre Hall 2.
About 57 participants took part in this year's tournament. Participants include students from National University of Singapore, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic and Singapore Management University.
