Hanshi Chia has obtained another qualification as a Rehab Exercise Trainer after he successfully attended and passed the exam during the Rehab Essential Course organized by Rehab Trainer Australia.

2011 KSK Family Training Day

KSK conducted its first Family Training Day on 25th September 2011 at Tanglin CC, 6.00pm to 7.30pm. We have successfully attracted inactive members back to action through this activity. We hope it could regenerate some motivation among these members to join us again and achieve a better healthy living life style.

We conducted very basic training from those who present, in regards to their health conditions and fitness levels; after the training we also provided some refreshment and food for them. All expenses were from our Club, as well as some sponsors.

We would like to thank Mr. Roger Wang for sponsoring the banner, Ms. Jackie Ng for cash donation and Tanglin CC for sponsoring the refreshment and mineral water.
